Why Mat Matters
Despite the allure of equipment work, MAT IS WHERE IT’S AT my people!
No joke: Joseph Pilates designed the equipment to essentially spot your mat work… to teach you how to move effectively with support until eventually, you don’t need the equipment to support you at all.
Consider mat class the advanced degree of the Pilates world, and your training is not complete without it! Come join the community and test your core strength weekly in a group class… as it’s the only way you will get the strong core you are paying for.
Why Specialty Offerings
I can't stress the importance of attending the adjunct classes we offer here at the studio. Aligning the spine, keeping your nervous system regulated and creating space for your soul to speak are the (not so) secret intentions of ALL our work here at the studio!
So please do not miss these weekly opportunities to change gears and experience movement and mindfulness in new ways - I promise it will positively influence your health for the better and in ways that your Pilates training cannot access.
