The 1st floor car garage is accessible from W French Broad St, the 2nd floor car garage is accessible from N Caldwell just across from Charlie's Tires. Please park in Non-residential parking to avoid receiving a ticket.
Yes!
We sell packages for both Pilates equipment classes and group mat classes.
We sell either:
Flexi-6-class packs - 6 class packs good for six months ($275 for equipment and $110 for group mat)
- or -
VIP packages - 6 classes good for consecutive 6 week series ($250 for equipment and $100 for group mat).
The Flexi-6-Pack is best for students who need flexibility in their scheduling. This package is good for six months from the first class booking, and can be purchased at any time!
The VIP package is best for students who want to commit to a set class time each week and do not want the hassle of having to wait for openings or book individual classes. These VIP packages can be booked only through the studio directly and only during the off-weeks between 6 week sessions.

Our studio runs in a six week series format. Students can register for the VIP package, which pre-books them into their chosen class(es) each week. This guarantees their spot and supports consistent progress over time.
This is not required and students can always choose to drop in or purchase a Flexi 6-Pack.
But the VIP package rewards committed students with discounted pricing and the convenience of automatic booking. VIP packages are available to purchase ONLY during the off-weeks between series.

For mat classes, our weekly Beginner Mat class is the best place to start. If that time doesn’t work, you may join an Open Mat class as long as you have no injuries or movement limitations.
For those interested in equipment, we offer up to three private one-on-one sessions at a reduced rate to help new students learn the basics before joining Beginner Equipment classes.

We are either approaching, or in the off week between our six week series schedule. But do not worry, we are on the backend loading classes for the next series! If you are interested in booking for the entire series, or have additional questions, please let us know and we'll connect to discuss options that will work best for you.
Yes we do! Click here to create a gift certificate for the amount you'd like to purchase. If you prefer an actual Gift Certificate and not just an email version, please give us a call at 828.554.7385, and we can ring up a GC over the phone and get it mailed out to you.
In between each six week series, we have an off week where there are no regularly scheduled classes. We do book privates at this time, or if inclement weather/situations occur during the regular six week series, we sometimes reschedule makeups during this week.
2026 off-week dates are:
