No joke: Joseph Pilates designed the equipment to support your mat work - to teach you how to move effectively with support until, eventually, you don’t need the equipment to support you at all.

Consider mat class the advanced degree of Pilates - your training isn’t complete without it! Join our community & test your core strength in a Group Mat Class. They’re open to all levels so you can practice side by side. This is how you’ll get the strong core you are paying for.

  • Pilates

    Experience the Pilates Method on the mat, using various props and techniques to engage and integrate your deepest core muscles!

  • Online Prop Shop

    For students joining via Zoom - here are the props we suggest purchasing to get the most out of your home workout sessions.

  • Core Yoga

    Practice functional movement with long holds to fire up the muscles and flowing movement to invigorate the mind, body and soul.

  • MELT Method

    A gentle self-care technique that utilizes soft rollers and balls to hydrate connective tissue (fascia), release tension, and enhance body alignment.

  • Feldenkrais® Method

    Also known as "moving meditation" classes, these gentle yet sophisticated movements help reduce pain, improve range of motion and experience more vitality.

Almost all of our classes are open to all levels! You’ll see “Beginner” or “Intermediate/Advanced” where levels are specified. All classes are 1 hour unless stated otherwise.
